Your Shopify products still rank, yet fewer shoppers arrive to read the page. They ask ChatGPT, Google AI Mode or Perplexity which brand to buy. That answer can decide the sale before your storefront loads. This page collects what each tool publishes about itself, so you can compare the same four things across vendors. Arenza publishes this page and is one of the tools listed.
- Compare on published facts, not on feature claims. Every vendor below gets four columns only. Price, billing basis, the engines the vendor lists, and the limits the vendor states.
- The entry tier decides how much you learn before you spend. Arenza's Free tier is $0 with no credit card. It covers ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity in 1 market on a weekly scan.
- Being found is only half the funnel. Arenza scores AVS for whether AI finds you, and ACS for whether the answer sells you. ACS is shown only over the answers where your business appeared, always with its coverage.

Every figure above is a list price with the billing basis the vendor publishes. Prices in this category move. Check each vendor's current pricing before you buy, including ours.
Two reading notes. Profound also publishes content-generation Agents, so it is not a reporting-only product. Ahrefs Brand Radar pricing sits on top of a paid Ahrefs base plan, so $50/month is not a standalone total.

1. The entry tier decides how much you learn before you spend
Most of the decision happens before you have paid anyone. What you want from an entry tier is the actual text of the answers your shoppers are reading.
Arenza's Free tier is $0 and needs no credit card. It scans your own brand across ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity in 1 market, on a weekly cycle. You get AVS and ACS, the verbatim AI answers rather than a summary, brand accuracy checks, and the brands AI cites as evidence. ARC Autopilot is included from Free. Tracked competitors, head-to-head comparison, articles and API access are not in Free; they start at Starter.
2. Presence tells you nothing about whether the answer sold your product
A visibility number answers one question. Did the assistant mention you. It does not tell you whether the mention pushed the shopper toward checkout.
Arenza splits that into two named scores. AVS, the Agentic Visibility Score, combines presence, prominence and evidence support. ACS, the Agentic Conversion Score, combines recommendation strength and the conversion path.
ACS is scored only over the answers where your business actually appeared. It always ships with its coverage on screen. Coverage is the share of answers measured, and nothing more. A score over a small share of answers rests on thin evidence. The same score over most of your answers rests on broad evidence.
When a brand is absent, AVS is 0 and ACS is not scored at all. A 0 would wrongly claim AI discussed your brand and failed to sell it. Alongside both scores, Arenza reports AI-attributed revenue.
Arenza also runs an accuracy surface. It flags outdated specs, false claims, brand-attribution errors and category miscategorization. Each one carries a severity, a frequency and the quote that contains it.
3. Check every number yourself before you sign anything
A comparison page is a snapshot. Pricing pages change without notice, and engine lists change faster. Here is how to re-verify each column in about ten minutes.
- Price. Open the vendor's own pricing page. Toggle monthly and yearly, and toggle the currency. Several vendors show a different figure depending on the toggle, so record which one you read.
- Billing basis. Check whether the headline number is billed monthly or billed yearly. A yearly-billed figure is a twelve-month commitment, not a monthly one.
- Engines. Count the engines included in the tier you would actually buy, not the ones on the marketing page. Note which engines are paid add-ons, and price the add-ons separately.
- Limits. Look for prompt counts, response counts, language counts, region counts, brand counts and article counts. The tier table is usually where they are stated.
- Prerequisites. Check whether the tool requires a separate paid base plan. If it does, the advertised price is not your total.
- Your own market. Confirm the tier covers the country you sell into. Market coverage is tiered almost everywhere, including here.
Run the same six checks on Arenza. If a number on this page no longer matches arenza.ai/pricing, trust the pricing page.
4. Measurement alone does not change what an assistant says
A dashboard can tell you an answer is wrong. The rewrite still has to happen somewhere, and that is usually the part that stalls.
Arenza is designed to close that loop inside the same product. Starter at $49/month publishes 5 articles a month to your own CMS or your Shopify blog. It also adds daily scans across all buyer intents, unlimited tracked competitors with head-to-head comparison, API and MCP access, and Slack and Lark alerts.
Pro at $299/month raises that to 100 articles a month. Pro hosts those articles on your own domain at brand.com/blogs/... It also deploys on-site technical fixes for you, including llms.txt, schema and JSON-LD. Pro adds off-site analysis of where to publish next, Arenza Agents and white-label. Pro covers 3 markets and 3 brands, not all four markets Arenza measures.
The framework behind it is ARC: Answer, Reach, Convert.
Agencies are a separate case. The multi-brand portfolio view that puts 10 to 200 client brands on one screen belongs to the Performance tier, where brand count is unlimited. Pro is a 3-brand plan. Both tiers include CSV bulk import and copy-settings from brand A to brand B.

Arenza Performance is outcome-based and sales-led. Arenza runs ARC end to end and is paid when the agreed outcome happens. Each success-fee structure is agreed per customer in the contract. Check every vendor's current pricing before committing, including ours.
Arenza meters tracked prompts too, and the number belongs next to everyone else's. Arenza tracks 10 prompts on Free, 30 on Starter and 120 on Pro. Buyer intents are uncapped on every tier, but tracked prompts are not, so compare prompt counts against prompt counts.
The choice comes down to this
If you have never seen what ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity say about your store, start with Arenza Free. It costs nothing and needs no card. It covers one market and one brand on a weekly scan.
If you need competitor comparison and articles shipped to your Shopify blog, start with Arenza Starter at $49/month. It stays at one market and one brand.
If you sell into two or three of US, UK, DE or JP, start with Arenza Pro at $299/month. The same tier deploys llms.txt, schema and JSON-LD fixes for you. Pro covers 3 markets and 3 brands. No tier covers all four markets at once.
If you run client brands as an agency and need the portfolio view across many brands, talk to us about Performance, where brand count is unlimited.
If you want a partner paid on the outcome rather than the seat, contact hello@arenza.ai about Performance.
FAQ
What should I look at first when comparing GEO/AEO tools for my Shopify store?
Compare four published facts across every vendor: the price, the billing basis, the engines listed at the tier you would buy, and the limits stated for that tier. Read those numbers on each vendor's own pricing page rather than from a comparison article. Check whether a tool needs a separate paid base plan, because that changes your real total. Arenza's Free tier is $0 with no credit card and covers ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity in 1 market.
Can I test AI visibility for my store without paying?
Yes. Arenza's Free tier costs $0 and needs no credit card. It scans your own brand across three AI assistants in 1 market on a weekly cycle. You get AVS and ACS, the verbatim AI answers, brand accuracy checks, and the brands AI cites as evidence. Free does not include tracked competitors, articles or API access.
Does a GEO tool actually publish content, or just report on it?
That depends on the tool, so check the tier table before you buy. Arenza publishes 5 articles per month to your own CMS or Shopify blog from Starter at $49/month. Pro at $299/month raises that to 100 articles per month and hosts them on your own domain. Pro also deploys on-site technical fixes such as llms.txt, schema and JSON-LD.
Why does my brand score zero on visibility but show no conversion score at all?
Because absence is a visibility fact, not a conversion fact. When your brand does not appear in an answer, Arenza sets AVS to 0 and does not score ACS at all. Scoring ACS as 0 would wrongly claim AI discussed your brand and failed to sell it. ACS is measured only over answers where your business appeared, and it is always shown with its coverage.
Which AI assistants and markets does Arenza cover?
Arenza measures ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity, across the US, UK, DE and JP markets. Market coverage is tiered. Free and Starter cover 1 market, and Pro covers 3 markets, so no purchasable tier covers all four at once. The interface is bilingual in zh-CN and en-US.
