Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Arenza (the “Service”) at arenza.ai, app.arenza.ai, mcp.arenza.ai, and our REST + MCP APIs. By signing up, you agree to these terms. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re authorized to do so.
1. The Service
Arenza is an AI Visibility / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform. We measure how ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity describe your brand, surface wrong-claim findings, and ship measurement-led fix prescriptions. Pricing tiers and feature limits are listed at arenza.ai/pricing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (18 in jurisdictions where 16 is insufficient for contractual consent) and authorized to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. If you’re subject to a sanctions regime that prohibits use of US- or EU-hosted SaaS, you may not use the Service.
3. Your account
- You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You’re responsible for actions taken via your account, including by team members you invite.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access: hello@arenza.ai.
- One person or one organization per account. Sharing a single account across organizations is not allowed.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Attempt to access another tenant’s data, scrape competitor data via the platform without authorization, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities except via a coordinated disclosure (email hello@arenza.ai for our security policy).
- Resell access to the Service without a written agreement (agency white-label use is allowed under the Pro tier and above — that’s a feature, not a violation).
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or impersonate any party. Tracking competitor brand visibility for legitimate market-research purposes is fine; using us to manufacture false claims about competitors is not.
- Submit personally identifiable information (PII) of EU residents as “brand names” or scan targets without lawful basis under GDPR.
5. Subscriptions & billing
- Free tier: no payment required. Limited to the quotas listed at /pricing.
- Paid tiers (Pro, Protect, Enterprise): billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancellation: cancel anytime from app.arenza.ai/billing. You retain access through the end of your current billing period; no prorated refunds for partial months.
- Free during early access: the Pro tier is free during the 2026 Spring early-access window. We will give 30 days’ written notice before this period ends and your subscription becomes paid.
- Quota overages: if you exceed your AI-answer quota, scans pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. We do not silently bill overages.
- Taxes: prices listed exclude applicable taxes. Stripe collects sales tax / VAT where required.
6. Your data & our data
- You own your data. Brand configurations, competitor lists, prompt sets, and the scan results we generate on your behalf — yours. We have a license to process them solely to operate the Service.
- We own the platform. Software, methodology, dashboards, MCP server, SDK code, and our compiled benchmarks across multiple customers — ours.
- Aggregated, anonymized data: we may publish industry-level aggregate statistics (e.g. “average share-of-voice across SaaS brands in 2026 Q2”) provided no individual tenant’s data is identifiable.
- Export & deletion: at any time during your subscription, export your scan data via the API. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days then deleted per the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party AI assistants
The Service queries third-party AI assistants on your behalf. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, Microsoft, or xAI. Their availability, response quality, and policies are outside our control. If a third-party API outage prevents us from running scans, we’ll inform you; quota is not deducted for failed scans.
8. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee it on Free, Pro, or Protect tiers. Enterprise tier customers receive an explicit SLA in their order form.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” AI assistant responses are inherently variable; we make no guarantee that any specific answer will surface in any specific AI assistant. Recommendations and fix-prescriptions generated by the Service are advisory; you remain responsible for content you publish in response.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits / lost data. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. These caps do not apply to your obligation to pay fees, your indemnification obligations, or breach of confidentiality.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Arenza against third-party claims arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you submit to the Service.
12. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these terms (after notice + a 14-day cure period for non-egregious violations). Sections 6 (Data), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Liability), and 13 (Governing law) survive termination.
13. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore (where Arenza’s production infrastructure is hosted). Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Singapore under SIAC rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Enterprise customers may negotiate alternative governing law in their order form.
14. Changes to these terms
When we make material changes we’ll email account holders at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
