Is there a minimum brand count?
No hard floor, but the white-label margin works out for agencies managing ≥ 10 enterprise clients (i.e. ≥ $50k MRR in retainer revenue). Smaller agencies usually get more value from our self-serve Pro/Protect tiers — see /pricing.
Do we resell, or do you bill our clients?
Both models work. (a) You bill clients, we bill you (standard reseller). (b) We bill clients via your Stripe account (white-label billing — extra setup). Most agencies start with (a) and migrate to (b) once they've closed 3+ clients.
Who owns the data?
Your client owns their brand data; you own the per-agency benchmarks across your portfolio; we own the platform. Standard DPA covers all three layers. Available on request — contact hello@arenza.ai.
What if our client wants to talk to Arenza directly?
They don't — that's the white-label promise. If a client explicitly requests a co-branded engagement instead, we can support that on Enterprise tier with a separate co-marketing addendum.
