A China-based brand selling to overseas buyers usually worries about being invisible in AI answers. The more expensive failure is being visible and described incorrectly. ChatGPT can quote a discontinued spec, price you from a marketplace reseller, call you a generic OEM factory, or hand a competitor's feature to your name. The buyer in Berlin or Osaka cannot check any of it. Your team in Shenzhen may never see the sentence, because it was written in German.
- A wrong answer converts against you, and that is worse than no answer. Arenza separates AVS, the Agentic Visibility Score, from ACS, the Agentic Conversion Score. AVS asks whether you were found. ACS asks whether the answer actually sold you.
- Accuracy only becomes fixable when you hold the verbatim sentence. Arenza captures the verbatim AI answers. It flags outdated specs, false claims, brand-attribution errors and category miscategorization, each with severity, frequency and the quote.
- Scope decides whether the whole measurement is worth anything. Arenza measures ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity, across US, UK, DE and JP. It does not cover DeepSeek, Doubao, Qwen, Kimi, Yuanbao or Baidu.

1. For an export brand, a confident wrong answer is more expensive than silence
Silence loses you a shot at the deal. A wrong answer loses you the deal and leaves a false record behind. An overseas buyer reading an AI summary cannot verify a claimed IP rating, a battery capacity, or a warranty term. They accept the sentence and move on, or they accept it and move to your competitor.
This is why the two scores are separated. AVS answers whether you were found. ACS answers whether the answer actually sold you, and it is scored only over the answers where your business appeared. When a brand is absent, AVS is 0 and ACS is not scored at all. ACS is always shown with its coverage. A score over a sliver of answers rests on thin evidence, while the same score over most of them rests on broad evidence. Arenza's third headline metric, AI-attributed revenue, is what turns that diagnosis into a number you can take upstairs.
2. You cannot correct a claim you have never read
Most accuracy problems for China export brands are invisible from inside the company. The answer is generated in English, German or Japanese, for a buyer you never speak to, in a session you never see. A dashboard that reports a score alone gives your team nothing to act on.
Arenza captures the verbatim AI answers and shows the brands the assistants cite as evidence. Both are included on the Free plan at $0 with no credit card. The exact sentence that misprices your product becomes a string your team can paste into a chat and argue about. You can also see whether the model is leaning on your own site or on a reseller listing you do not control.
3. Severity and frequency turn a wall of answers into a short work list
A model will say dozens of slightly wrong things, and most of them do not matter. What matters is which wrong claim is damaging and which wrong claim repeats.
Arenza's accuracy diagnostic attaches severity and frequency to each detected issue, across four types: outdated specs, false claims, brand-attribution errors and category miscategorization. That last one is the quiet killer for export brands. Being filed as a generic contract manufacturer rather than a brand removes you from every buyer-intent answer where a brand is expected.
Detection is only half of the loop. Arenza's article output lets you publish a corrective answer page, on your own CMS or Shopify blog, from Starter at $49/month. On Pro at $299/month, articles are hosted on your own domain at brand.com/blogs/..., and on-site technical fixes such as llms.txt, schema and JSON-LD are deployed for you. Publishing a correction is designed to give the model a better source to read. No tool can guarantee a model changes its answer.
4. The same claim can be wrong in Germany and right in Japan
Export brands do not have one AI reputation. They have one per market. Pricing, distributor structure, certification language and available SKUs all differ. A claim that is accurate for your US listing can be flatly false for a German buyer. A single-market view averages that away and hides the market that is hurting you.
Arenza measures US, UK, DE and JP, and each tier covers a fixed number of them. Free covers 1 market with weekly scans. Starter at $49/month also covers 1 market. It adds daily scans on the three AI assistants, unlimited tracked competitors with head-to-head comparison, API and MCP, plus Slack and Lark. Pro at $299/month covers 3 markets and 3 brands, with all three AI assistants scanned daily. No purchasable tier covers all four markets at once, so pick the three that carry your revenue. The interface is bilingual zh-CN and en-US, so the operator in China and the distributor overseas read the same screen.
5. "China export" hides two different businesses, and only one of them is Arenza's
If your buyers are overseas, the assistants that decide your fate are the Western ones. Arenza measures ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity. If your buyers are inside mainland China, the answer engines that matter are the domestic ones, and that is a different product category entirely. Arenza does not cover DeepSeek, Doubao, Qwen, Kimi, Yuanbao or Baidu, and no configuration changes that. A China-domestic AI visibility tool is the right category for that job, and you should evaluate one on its own published specs.
A tool that measures the wrong engines produces confident, useless reports.
What it costs to watch accuracy in one market
Arenza's Free plan is $0 with no credit card. It scans your own brand across three AI assistants, with AVS and ACS. It also includes all buyer intents, weekly scans, 1 market, verbatim AI answers, brand accuracy, and the cited brands shown as evidence. ARC Autopilot is included from Free, and runs the Answer, Reach and Convert loop for you. Free does not include tracked competitors, articles or API.
Adding correction capability costs $49/month on Starter, cancel anytime. That buys daily scans, unlimited tracked competitors and 5 articles/month. Three markets, 3 brands, 100 articles/month, your own domain and white-label move you to Pro at $299/month. Performance is outcome-based and sales-led at hello@arenza.ai. Arenza runs ARC end-to-end and is paid when the agreed outcome happens, with each success-fee structure agreed per customer.
For comparison, here are list prices published on the vendors' own pages. Profound lists Starter at $99/month billed yearly, described as ChatGPT tracking only, with 50 prompts tracked, 1,500 responses monthly, 1 language and 1 region. Profound lists Growth at $399/month billed yearly for three answer engines, and Enterprise as custom for up to nine. Otterly.AI lists Lite at $29/month for 15 search prompts, Standard at $189/month for 100, Premium at $489/month for 400, and Enterprise custom from $1,000/month. Ahrefs Brand Radar lists Custom Prompts from $50/month, included in Ahrefs paid plans Lite and above, and an AI Visibility Index at $199/month. The Ahrefs figures sit on top of a paid Ahrefs base plan rather than standing alone. Verify all of these on the vendors' current pricing pages before you budget.
Arenza meters tracked prompts too, and the number belongs next to everyone else's. Arenza tracks 10 prompts on Free, 30 on Starter and 120 on Pro. Buyer intents are uncapped on every tier, but tracked prompts are not, so compare prompt counts against prompt counts.
The choice comes down to this
If your buyers are inside mainland China, stop here and evaluate a China-domestic answer-engine tool, because the engines Arenza measures are not the ones your buyers use.
If your buyers are overseas and you do not know what ChatGPT says about you, start on Free at $0. Read the verbatim answers before you spend anything.
If you already know an AI answer about your brand is wrong and you need to publish a correction, start at $49/month for articles and daily scans.
If you sell into three of US, UK, DE and JP, or you manage up to three brands, Pro at $299/month is the tier. It covers 3 markets, 3 brands and own-domain hosting.

FAQ
Does an AEO tool for China export brands track Chinese AI assistants?
Not this one. Arenza measures ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity, across US, UK, DE and JP. If your buyers are inside mainland China, a China-domestic answer-engine tool is the right category, and you should evaluate one against its own published coverage.
What should I do first if the AI answer about my brand is factually wrong?
Capture the verbatim answer before anything else. A score tells you something is wrong; the quoted sentence tells you what to correct and where the model got it. From there, work by severity and frequency, and publish a corrective page that gives the assistant a better source to read.
Is a wrong AI answer really worse than not appearing at all?
In conversion terms, it often is. Absence means you were not found, which is what the Agentic Visibility Score measures. A wrong answer means you were found and the description worked against the sale. That is what the Agentic Conversion Score measures, over the answers where your business appeared.
Can I check my brand's AI accuracy without paying?
Yes. A $0 plan with no credit card scans your own brand across three AI assistants, with AVS and ACS. It covers all buyer intents, weekly scans, one market, verbatim AI answers and brand accuracy. Tracked competitors, articles and API sit on paid plans.
How many overseas markets can I watch at once?
That depends on the tier. Arenza measures US, UK, DE and JP; the Free and Starter plans each cover 1 market, and Pro covers 3. Pick the markets that carry your revenue, because no purchasable tier watches all four at the same time.
